We started our tour today with a drive to the Beomeosa Buddhist Temple. The grounds were set on a beautiful mountain complete with a stream running through the grounds. We walked around the many structures that are brightly colored and housing golden buddha statues.

Next we drove to the Busan Museum where we saw various different art works. The cherry trees were blooming on the adjacent grounds.

We then had a traditional Korean lunch of grilled thinly sliced beef before taking a walk through the extensive adjacent Gukje market.

Our next stop was the Jagalchi  fish market with many vendors selling countless varieties of seafood. Many fish and other species are kept in tanks alive until you prurchase them.

Out final stop was the Gamcheon Culture VIllage. This was a place that housed the many poor during and after the Korean war. There are still many small colorful houses which are quite different from teh large metropolis of Busan full of high rises.
